This week Mark goes over the basics of autofocus with a little help from Stunt Pig. Mark covers autofocus modes, the difference between drive modes and auto focus modes, adjusting the diopter and gives a few tips for using manual focus.

Pre-set modes like “Sports” and “Night Portrait” make it easy for us to just point and shoot. If you’re new to photography, two of the most important things to learn are aperture and shutter speed settings as these will give you a lot of creative control. If you’re not sure what settings to use Mark has an easy to follow spreadsheet to help you determine the right settings.

Hey guys! Mayank here! And today I will share few of my not so professional photography tips to get better photographs.

So its not a necessity to have a super expensive DSLR camera to capture some amazing photos. You see everyone is a photography these days. Be it a cell phone photographer, a digicam photographer, a passionate DSLR photographer or a professional DSLR photographer. But everyone is a photographer. Everyone loves clicking photos with whatever photo-capturing device they have.

So here are few very basic elementary photography tips for all the camera loving persons out there!

#Tip 1. Good lighting! Now since most of you are using your cell phone cameras or you digital photo cameras, please don’t expect your camera to capture a brilliant still with poor lighting condition. Light up your scene as much as possible to get the right exposure to get the brilliant still.

#Tip 2. Use the sunlight. Thats the cheapest and the best light source available for free.

#Tip3. Stay stable. Stability is the most important of a good photograph. And since most of the Cell phone cameras and digital cameras aren’t actually having full manual controls, you need to be stable to get a good photograph! Else you end with something like this!

#Tip4. Focus! Focus on your subject or your model is one the most important thing to get a sharp, crisp clear image. Well if you don’t have your subject in focus then boy you suck at photography.

And lastly the #Tip 5! Follow the rule of thirds. Meaning frame your subject according to the rule of thirds. Rule of thirds divides your frame in 9 equal parts by two equal horizontal and vetical lines so your subject or compositional elements should be placed along these lines or their intersections. Aligning a subject with these points creates more tension, energy and interest in the composition than simply centering the subject would.

Now I am not saying that you cannot get amazing photographs without following these rules! Of course you can. But that will only happen once when you are aware of these basic photography rules and you know what your compostiotion should look
like.

So I hope this video helped all you beautiful photographers out there and if doesn’t then.. Well, I just hope it does!

Be sure to comment, rate and subscribe if you like this video. This was the basic to get you all started with the photography awesomeness!

So go get photographing! If thats even a word and I will see you soon!

Photography Tutorials & Tips: A detailed tutorial of “ISO” with picture samples.
Important Notes:

* The higher the ISO the more sensitive the sensor is going to be to light.
* The lower the ISO the less sensitive the sensor is going to be to light.

You use low ISO when shooting in daylight or with studio light.

You use high ISO when there is not a lot of light available. The drawback of high ISO is graininess/noise in picture.

Do post this on Facebook so others can also learn and don’t forget to join the facebook fan page.

Hi there, i know that like me you love photography very much. Please see my photography tips and tricks below.

Take Perfect Pictures By Using These Tips. For more powerful information about photography basics please visit my site. See my photography tips and tricks below.

There is a wide amount of information published on how to take great photographs. Use the tips offered in the following article to help show your photographic dreams come true.

Digital techniques can be altered and manipulated in software to make them resemble traditional art forms. While there are several imaging software available, Adobe Photoshop is listed as one of the best. You will be able to instantly convert the photo into works of the filter button and choosing the medium that you prefer.

Choose only the best photography to highlight and display. Don’t show your entire portfolio of photographs or select too many photos and vary the subject matter. It can get very boring if people are looking at the same thing over and over again. Keep things fresh and exciting by showing many different types of photos.

Always keep charged battery before any special event or when you are planning on using the camera.Digital cameras can suck up a lot of battery power, especially when using the LCD screen, be sure that your batteries are charged fully before you need to use your camera. You should also carry spare batteries with to be prepared for any shot.

Take pictures of little things when photographing on vacation. Some things may seem unimportant at the time you shoot the photo, but when you return home, these pictures will recreate a particular ambiance or memory for you.

Try getting closer to the subject you’re trying to photograph.

There are no secrets to becoming a great photographer. Keep shooting and gain experience. With digital photography, you don’t have to develop every shot you take, nor do you have to keep them all.

If taking photos with fluorescent lighting as the only available light source, you’ll need to manually set the white balance to correct for the tinting effect this causes. Fluorescent lighting can cause green or bluish light, so your subjects might appear a cooler hue than you expect, unless you compensate for lack of the color red with your camera.

Play with the concepts of scale, expressions, and scale to assess their effect on your pictures.

Another interesting look is to ask the subject focus on someone or something within the frame.

There are three important items to bear in mind when the subject of your photograph is a landscape. These include a mid ground, a background, and foreground. These are fundamentals of photography as well as many other art and photography.

Do you need to take shots of subjects that have been rained upon? You can easily create this look by taking a spray bottle and “misting” some rain on your subject prior to photographing.

Try different angles to make them more creative. Anyone can take a picture of a scene. Look up at things from the ground, or look up at something to get an interesting perspective. You might also consider taking sideways or diagonal shots create a distinctive photographic experience.

The tips offered here have shared important information about photography. After considering the advice presented here, you’re better equipped to either being taking pictures, or to improve on your photography skills.
